Unlicensed drivers, drunken drivers and drivers using mobile phones are the three major causes of traffic accidents in China, with rural roads being the most dangerous, a report released by the top court said on Wednesday.Chinese courts dealt with more than 4.49 million disputes related to traffic collisions between Jan 1, 2012, and June 30, 2016, accounting for about 10 percent of all civil cases, the Supreme People's Court's data show.After analyzing the triggers of those collisions, it found more than 26 percent involved unlicensed drivers. As China's first near-zero emission IGCC demonstration project, the Tianjin IGCC is a major part of the Green Coal Power Program initiated by Huaneng Group in 2004. It is also among the most efficient coal-fired power stations globally. IGCC is a clean coal technology that turns coal into a synthetic gas, removing impurities before the gas is burned in a turbine. The Tianjin demonstration IGCC power plant started construction in Sept 2009 and was put into operation in 2012, with an installed capacity of 265 megawatts.
