Unlicensed drivers, drunken drivers and drivers using mobile phones are the three major causes of traffic accidents in China, with rural roads being the most dangerous, a report released by the top court said on Wednesday.Chinese courts dealt with more than 4.49 million disputes related to traffic collisions between Jan 1, 2012, and June 30, 2016, accounting for about 10 percent of all civil cases, the Supreme People's Court's data show.After analyzing the triggers of those collisions, it found more than 26 percent involved unlicensed drivers.
